Song: Swiss Army Romance - Dashboard Confessional
OK, I have never been one to push religion in my blog. However, when I saw this sign I had to stop and take a picture.
Humm..that should be the next SHB CD title; "Breakfast With Jesus."
I crack myself up.

Song: Again I Go Unnoticed - Dashboard Confessional
So, I was bored doing mindless work at Devry the other day so I thought up 6 good indicators "you don't really want the job."
1) You fill out the application in orange crayon.
2) Under address you write "will be revealed when the time is right."
3) When you are finished, your past employment history looks something like this:
XYZ Company 11/99 - 01/00
Supervisor: John Roberts
Contact Information: ---- Deceased 02/00
ABC Company 07/00 - 08/00
Supervisor: Mike Stonut
Contact Information: ---- Deceased 09/00
etc.
4) You list your requested salary as "A kabillion dollars plus full dental"
5) Show up late to the interview and complain that your shrink talks YOUR ear off.
6) After a few minutes of the interview you slam your fist down and say "If I wanted to play 20 questions I would check in with my parole officer!"
OK, I know they are dumb..but in the words of Jason "I don't care."
Ohhh..I do care though. F.

Tuesday Confession # 10
I hate mice. They scare me. I know, I know..."they are more afraid of me then I am of them," but that is no comfort. They are small, quick, and furry. They have mad hops. They can chew through anything. They can squeeze through a hole smaller than you can see. It's crazy. Anyway, I had one in my room probably two years ago. While I was waiting for the mousetrap to do it's job I lived in fear. Finally I got Isaac to help me catch / kill it. Well, technically I made him do all the dirty work. I sat up on my bed and told him what to do. Finally we got it into my garbage can and covered it before he could jump out (yeah..like I said..mad hops). We took it outside and decided against letting it off easy. After all, if we let it go it would quite possibly just find it's way back into the house. So, we put it into an empty full sized garbage can and filled it with water from the hose. It downed. So I guess I don't really know what the confession in all of this is except that I am a wuss when it comes to small rodents.

It seems I don't really get around to blog about stuff I do anymore. I just log in to list songs and make confessions. Well, I have 10 minutes left on my break and I am going to try to change that.
Let's see, how about a weekend update?
Thursday: First work at Devry and then work and McCormick Place. Then I went from McCormick place and drove around downtown for a bit taking pictures and stuff. It was kinda fun. Anyway, I got home and right before I went to bed I decided to look up something on my marketing independent study syllabus. Then I saw it BAM "all homework and tests must be completed and turned in by December 6th." Oooot. Who would have guessed the class ended a week earlier then all the normal classes? So, basically this was 12:30 Friday morning and it was all due by 4:00 that day. I had to do a 22 page unit lab and study for and take a unit test. I also then found out that the last marketing project and test I had to take was due by Saturday. Ooot again. So, I e-mailed my marketing teacher about something and got to work on Bio. Some how I got about 80% of the lab finished and turned in and I could have quite possibly pulled off an A on the test. My marketing teacher got back to me and let me know that it wasn't due till Monday (today) so it gave me a little slack. I finished the project last night and will take the test today.
Crap. I am out of time. Also, the guy that fired me last time at Devry just walked in. I think I should not take an extended break. However, I am listening to the conversation he is having with my boss and it sounds like I will be working here till sometime in January instead of just till Christmas. Sweet. OK, got to go. So well for the full weekend update.
