If someone almost slams his or her car into yours; is a wave too much to ask? I mean, just a small gesture that says "Whoa, I almost killed you. I'm sorry." I didn't think it was, but I guess the lady I had to swerve madly to miss today thought so.
So yeah, it has been about a week. I am pushing it by posting my midweek on Thursday night. Oh well. Believe it or not, I'm a busy guy.
Midweek Flashback # 2
Three unconventional games I remember playing as a kid:
1) Living room volleyball. My siblings and I would blow up a balloon and play volleyball. We always used the piano bench as the net. Good times.
2) Excape (also called Harry Houdini). We would take turns trapping someone and they had to get out unassisted. For instance, I might make you go head first into the bottom of a sleeping bag, tie it shut with my belt, and stick you under a table to restrict your movement.
3) Monopoly. Well, not too unconventional, but also good times. I think I learned to play when I was 6 or 7.
