I'm back. The trip up north was pretty cool, nothing too special though. The best part was that we ended up renting a house for the weekend. It is owned by the lady that runs the seedy motel we usually stay at. When we got there she offered it to us for $90 Canadian (70 US) a night. It was old, and not to fancy..but super cool. All four of us had our own bedroom. There was a full living room, dining room, kitchen, fire place, two bathrooms, etc.

I tried Smirnoff Triple Black and Mikes Hard Lemonade when I was there. They were OK. I realized something though on this trip. Alcohol does nothing for me. I'm not saying I am immune to it or that it has no effect, but that I am not interested in it at all. I guess this thought processed when I realized that I was only drinking these drinks for the taste..which wasn't even as good as regular lemonade in my book. Well, that's not entirely true. I guess some of it was just because "I could." There was a little novelty in driving to another country, renting a house and legally having alcohol with your meal. However, that has faded. So yeah, I don't know what any of this means, it was just a thought I had....

Anyway, I have a bunch of homework to do for this week in school. It's kind of sucky. So, I had better get back to work.
